Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Size exchanges can be made within 7 days of Delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  

• All orders will only be refunded only in the form of a coupon code for the Root Fly online store  which will have no expiry date.

If your return is accepted, we may send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues :

We recommend that you tape the box containing the shirt so we receive it back in its original quality.

Cancellation policy : 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of rootflymen.com . In case of prepaid orders, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
